The C.E.L. went on in my 02 gti 1.8t and i diagnosed it and the obd2 scanner said the code was a cylinder 2 misfire, i changed out the plugs and bought an updated coil from ECS tuning. After i replaced the plugs and coil for 2 cylinder the light went off. A few days later it went back on i havent plugged it into a scanner yet but i am pretty sure that it is the same code as before. Do i have to erase the code with the obd2 scanner to get rid of the code or is there anyother problems anyone knows of with misfires or the ignition sytem. Any help would be greatly apreciated this is my first VW so im still learning all the ins and outs of VW's
