I can't seem to open the aforementioned url location, it says "This survey is not active at this time and cannot be taken.". But anyway, if your talking about experiences in Car buying both on line and direct... All I could say is that buying my VW Rabbit went really fast, smooth and fine at my dealer but when it comes to services and warranty issues in my VW Rabbit parts after the purchasing process is the complete reciprocal of the buying process itself and sometimes we would fell robbed everytime I'm gonna have car problems which is not under the warranty.. They would asked some bucks for parts and services that mostly my VW does not need...
