My son recently purchased a 2000 Jetta. Shortly after his clutch went out. We took it to the VW dealer and had the clutch and flywheel replaced (after market which we purchased and the dealership installed, as their prices were outrageous. The dealership also informed us they replaced a recall item, something to do with a brake light. Now the car has a problem with the brakes. At speeds above 10 MPH there is a brake kick back when stopping. My husband took the front tires and wheels of to check the ABS sensors. When he jacked the front of the car up and grabed the wheel he realized there is a considerably amount of movement, both front wheels seem to be very sloppy or loose. What could be the problem here. Is it the bearings or could it be the struts or something else. We have scheduled a time to take it back to the local VW Dealer and have it checked out.
