wow talk about a random kick in the butt eh!!! If you've replaced all the fuses...relays...checked the wires? Follow the wires...I find that combination odd...last resort, start replacing wiper motors, fan switch, etc. If you still can't find the problem I have one solution that will definitely fix your car. Drive it out to a field, make sure no one is around, wire one stick of dynamite to the under side of the car, make sure you have a remote ignition unit. Blow the thing up. Your problem is gone! (okay obviously joking)
