Lowering a car is pretty complicated and can be pretty dangerious.

First off your going to need coil spring compressors to compress the spring so that when you apply it to the existing strut it will in effect lower your car.

Next I would read up on this more and study how to remove old shocks without them shooting off the car and ending up with a bearing in your eye.

Other then that It's not that difficult.
