i have a 2005 R32 and ive seen a forum before where they show how to do the hood modification to make it look like it has eyelids, also how to get rid of the VW eblem in the middle of the grill!? if anyone knows how to do it or what forum im talking about let me know thanks

what you're looking for is "boser" hood. easiest thing to do is fab something up yourself, in which case, you have to buy a new grill if you want that straight line without a notch where your emblem was. and you will need to either buy a new bumper with no bottom notch or have someone fab something up for you. if none of this helps, go ot the vwvortex.com and SEARCH around there, and keep in mind, they arent so nice like us here!! haha.

very welcome. and be sure to check the vwvortex.com go to forums...then upper right hand corner search button type in what your looking for. you can find companies that make the extension or pre made hoods even. (just dont do eyelids if you REALLY want the full boser effect) and thats no diss for eyelids people, but if he wantes the real boser, im just saying he should go all out!.

yeah, what he said, eyelids can look good, but they dont look boser, to have that you have to go all out and spend a little on it, they make a hood extension you can buy on ebay but there will be a crease still when you attach it. best thing may be to have a body shop make you a boser extension on your hood and paint it up for you, be expensive but it would look secksee as hell. or like he said, buy the boser hood.
