My daughters has a 2001 turbo beetle. I've been told that it needs to be replaced. The car only has 60,000 miles on it but it all of a sudden started to smoke after an oil change. A mechanic looked at it and said that the turbo was shot. I know zero about turbos so any info would be a help. Also any info of reasonable replacements would help.
