i just bought another gti
and the guy i got it from removed all the stuff from the back but left just the "t"

i was wondering whats the best way to remove that
i thinks its just stuck on with like adhesive but im afraid to mess up the paint job
so whats the best way to remove it???

    Well, I don't know for sure, so I'm quite eager to see the other responses, but I've heard that dental floss is the way to go.  Just floss the "t" right off.  You'll probably have some adhesive residue, but a little bit of elbow grease or "goo gone" should solve that.  Good luck!

i read your post and tried the floss thing earlier today and it worked


there is still a little bit of residue left over but for the most part i just rubbed it off with my finger.
and i think there are some scratches from it but im not for sure it just might be some of the left over adhesive
so tomorrow im going to go buy something to remove the rest of it and hopefully i'll be able to get it all off and it wont turn out to be scratches

other than that it turned out great
