I have a 2005 Jetta (not the new model, but a 2005 nonetheless). Recently, I have found that tape deck adapters for my ipod have simply been spat out by my radio, and I am having a lot of trouble finding something that will actually work. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

They can be a little pricey but for the sound quality that you get I think it might be what you are looking for.
Check out PIE.net for the PIE VWR/PC-POD2. Here is the linky: http://tinyurl.com/n2va7 Retail is about 150. You should be able to find one for about 120 minus shipping via froogle or something of the like. Be sure to check the application guide to make sure it will work in your car. As chance would have it, I have one new in box that I would be willing to sell you for 100 shipped (seller shipped me the wrong part number two times and I got tired of dealing with them so I am just going to sell it outright to someone who needs it). Read some reviews and see what you think.

you could also check out crutchfield.com i got an adapter there i believe its called "Harman/Kardon drive + play" and i'm gonna be using that for my 64 bug, i've also seen specific adapters there for stock stereos, what u dont want is that tape or and fm transmitter, they are crap, go for the ones that will connect to your aux input.
