ok so here's the question:

is the 2003 Jetta 1.8t ready for an aftermarket radio? Do you have to install a radio harness? My Jetta is a Double Din, so do I just need the extra compartment? Any help is appreciated

you probably need a harness to hook up aftermarket stereos, sreadily available at stores that sell these

and if you get the pocket the company new south performance makes a gauge cluster that fits in there with gauges of your choice that match color of the stock gauges
