Every time I turn my steering wheel my car starts to make a low toned noise. Doesn't matter which way I turn the wheel because the sound will stay the same. You can't feel any differece in the steering or driving of the vehicle so I don't think the pump is going... Any Ideas or possible solutions to fix this would be greatly apreciated!
