on my 2003 passat the tail lights do not work but the brake lights do. i have replaced the bulbs but still no tail, just brake. Note: the bulbs serve double duty (brake and tail). turn signals work also. any ideas? a short on the assembly? the fuse looks to be ok. any help would be gretaly appreciated.
