Just want to say hi to everyone and introduce myself. I'm a owner of a 03 1.8t jetta 5-speed that I love...
She's my never-ending project that is just getting nicer and nicer.... and I guess more addicting. I've been a member of Vortex for 3 years or so and am just finally sick of them... all of them. =) So here I am. My jetta is pretty modded... not looking to set any speed records, but I've been real careful to go tasteful throughout, while also working with a strict budget.
Since moving back to Southern Cal I've started a weekly euro car club if anyone's interested. We meet at the Chuy's in Camarillo around 8pm on Thursday nights. Nothing big, nothing too fancy, but alot of fun. My buddy and myself are also in the very starting stages of opening a aftermarket euro car business. The hope being to eventually be able to distribute some of the larger name brands... but for now we are creating and actually machining by hand some basic upgrades... antennas, spacers, intakes, etc.
Anyways, just wanted to say hi.
